  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 scoops of mayonnaise
  • 1 squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350' degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bake chicken until tender and shred into bite size pieces.
  3. Steam broccoli until crisp but tender.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the soup, mayonnaise, and one squeeze of lemon juice.
  5. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese.
  6. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Serve over rice!


  1. Nice one Head! Good to document it. I'd like to note that you can put as much cheese as you like on top and that I like Sharp Cheddar. :)
